We deliver by courier to addresses in the United Kingdom (which we define as England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and all off-shore islands except the Channel Isles). We also deliver to the Channel Islands, the Republic of Ireland and to multiple international destinations.
Due to our deliveries being made by courier, you may choose a delivery address which is different to your billing address.
A signature confirming receipt is required for delivery. If there is no-one available at the delivery address to accept the order, the courier will leave a card asking you to arrange collection from your nearest depot, or to arrange a re-delivery.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 5-10 working days. Orders will be delivered by courier.
During busy times, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery due to stock availability.
DELIVERY CHARGES FOR RETURNING ITEMS
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us.
Should you wish to return or exchange your order for personal reasons including a change of heart, you will be responsible for any postal charges relating to the return. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from Modla. However should you wish to return any full-priced item/s, we provide a 28 day returns period in which you will receive the full money back upon submission of valid proof of purchase. This means if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us in its original condition, within 28 days of the date of dispatch and we will credit your account with a full refund for the price you have paid for the item, less the delivery charges.
Sale items carry a 14 day exchange period. The effective exchange period commences on the date of dispatch. Sale items sent back to Lock outside of the 14 day period can not be exchanged. Please note that Lock does not refund delivery charges and the costs of returning items to us is the sole responsibility of the customer.
